This listing is for a pack of five (5) of these plastic accessories used to save your ears when wearing a mask for extended periods of time. These are also nice if you have the wrong size head or ears to make your mask fit correctly. Instead of wrapping the elastic around your ears you can use this little item to wrap the elastic around on the back of your head - see the photos. Each measures 6.75 X 1 inch, approximately.

When you add this to your cart you have a choice of black red, white, green or several shades of blue. Leave a note when you checkout if you'd like a mix of those. We recently purchased a 3-D printer to make these to help my husband and others who work at his nursing home deal with the pain of having to wear a mask all day.
